What are your exact pressing instructions?
We engineered our film for a frictionless hot peel to maximize your workflow speed.
- Set your commercial heat press to 310°F (155°C) with heavy pressure (60 PSI).
- Press the transfer for 10–12 seconds.
- Peel the carrier film immediately while hot in one smooth, continuous motion.
- For the ultimate buttery-soft hand feel, perform a second 5-second press using a commercial Teflon sheet or parchment paper.
Will my customers be able to tell it's a transfer and not a screen print?
They will notice the quality, but they won't feel a thick transfer. Older heat transfer technologies felt like heavy plastic shields sitting on top of the shirt.
