What comes with every sheet.
The part that is easy to miss when you are comparing prices.
- Upload your print-ready sheet Select size, hit upload, done!
- Film and ink that behave Stretches with the fabric, breathes, and finishes clean on dark garments as well as light ones.
- Shipped on a roll Your sheet arrives rolled, not folded, so nothing is creased and it stores flat until you need it.
- Checked by a person We look at the layout before it prints. If a design will come out soft or sits too close to the edge, we tell you.
The same 40 prints, two ways.
Nothing about the print changes. The only difference is how it gets to you.

Every sheet is 22 inches wide. Auto-nest packs your designs in with the smallest gaps it can, so these counts are close to what you will really get.

Counts are an estimate for one print size, and mixed designs nest differently. We also stock 3, 7, 8, 12, 15 and 17 foot sheets, all priced the same way.
Upload SheetEmpty film is money you already paid for.
The difference between a good sheet and a wasteful one is usually five minutes of dragging.
Squeeze more out of it
- Run auto-nest last, after every design is on the sheet
- Drop pocket logos and neck tags into the leftover strips
- Repeat your best seller rather than leaving film empty
- Keep artwork at 300 DPI at the size it will print
- Use transparent PNGs so nothing prints a white box
What costs people money
- Blowing up a small file to fill space, which prints soft
- Adding designs after auto-nest and leaving gaps behind
- Leaving a foot of empty film at the end of the sheet
- Ordering several short sheets instead of one long one

Before you upload
What your file needs to be.
Get these right and your sheet prints exactly as you laid it out. Get one wrong and we will email you before anything prints.
- Width 22 inches, exactlyAnything narrower wastes film you have paid for.
- Length Match the sheet you buyA 5 ft sheet is 22 by 60 inches. Shorter is fine, longer will not fit.
- File type PNG with a transparent backgroundFlatten it first. Anything on a white background prints that white box.
- Resolution 300 DPI at print sizeA 22 by 60 inch sheet at 300 DPI is a big file. That is normal.
- Spacing About a quarter inch between designsEnough room to get a blade between them without clipping a print.
- Edge margin Keep artwork half an inch from the edgesAnything closer risks being trimmed.
- Color RGBOur printers convert it. Converting to CMYK yourself usually dulls the colors.

Upload my sheetTwo ways to send us a sheet.
Same film, same ink, same price. The only difference is who lays the sheet out.
Build it online
For anyone without design software
- Upload your designs and drag them onto the sheet
- Auto-nest packs them in with the smallest gaps it can
- Set the printed size of each design as you go
- Nothing to install, and no design skills needed
Upload your own sheet
For shops that already nest their own files
- Send a print-ready 22 inch file from your own software
- Keep the layout exactly as you set it
- Fastest route if you reprint the same sheet often
- We still check it before anything prints
Not sure which suits you? Start with the builder. You can always switch once you have a layout you reuse.
Before you build one.
Do I have to cut the designs apart myself?
Yes, on a standard sheet. Scissors or a rotary cutter are all you need, and the spacing in the builder leaves room to cut cleanly.
How much space should I leave between designs?
You do not have to work it out. Auto-nest keeps a safe cutting gap between designs while packing them as tightly as it can.
Can I mix different designs on one sheet?
Yes. Different designs, different sizes, different customers' orders, all on the same sheet. That is the whole point.
What files should I upload?
PNG with a transparent background works best, at 300 DPI at the size it will print. Anything with a white box behind it will print that box.
What if I don't have design software?
How long does it take?
Order by 2 PM ET Monday to Friday and your sheet ships the same day.
Can I reorder the same sheet later?
Yes. Reordering the same layout is the fastest way to restock a design that sells.
How does the sheet arrive?
Rolled, not folded, so nothing arrives creased. Unroll it, cut your designs apart, and store the rest flat.
Fill a sheet, drop your cost per print.
Start with a short sheet if you are still deciding. No minimum, no setup fee, and it ships today.
Ships from the U.S. Order by 2 PM ET for same-day dispatch.
