What size should I order?
Order the size of the finished print, not the size of your file. Your artwork is fitted inside the size you pick, so a square design in a 10 by 10 prints 10 by 10, while a wide design prints narrower. Not sure? Use our free design checker.
What files do you accept?
A PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI at print size gives the best result. We also take JPG and PDF.
How do I press it?
Press settings come with every order. Confirm the times and temperatures on our support page before your first press.
What can I press these on?
Cotton, polyester, blends, fleece, canvas and denim, in any color.
How quickly does it ship?
Order by 2 PM ET Monday to Friday and it ships the same day.
What if something is wrong with my order?
